Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Our client is a global developer and supplier of modular drive systems consisting of hydraulics, electrical engineering and electronics.RoleWe are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (specialist in gearboxes)ResponsibilitiesMarket Research and Analysis: Gain an in-depth understanding of the current state, development trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the European reduction gear market, and regularly submit market analysis reports.Customer Relationship Maintenance and Expansion: Establish and maintain good relationships with key European customers (including OEMs, distributors, etc.), explore potential sales opportunities, and expand market share.Product Sales and Promotion: Develop and execute sales plans in line with the company's strategic objectives to achieve sales targets; participate in product promotion activities to enhance brand awareness.Tracking of Component Compatibility: Continuously track the compatibility of reduction gears from various brands in European OEMs, including but not limited to model numbers, specifications, performance parameters, etc., and provide market feedback for product optimization.Information Collection and Feedback: Collect information on competitors, industry trends, and changes in policies and regulations to support company decision-making.RequirementsEducational Background: A bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, marketing, international trade, or related fields.Work Experience: At least 10 years of work experience in the European gear box industry, familiar with European market operation rules.Preference will be given to candidates with sales experience in reduction gears.Professional Skills: In-depth understanding of the European reduction gear market, including but not limited to market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.Familiarity with the compatibility and model numbers of reduction gears from various brands in European OEMs, and possession of product technical knowledge.Strong market analysis capabilities and sales skills, with the ability to independently develop customers and achieve sales targets.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English for business communication; knowledge of other European languages (such as German, French, Italian, etc.) is a plus.Other-Requirements: Excellent teamwork spirit and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to business travel.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeIndustriesMachinery ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Human Value by 2xGet notified about new Sales Manager jobs inMilan, Lombardy, Italy.#J-*****-Ljbffr
