Work Flexibility: Field-based What You Will Do - As an Associate Field Service Representative, you will perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment.You will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and providing both phone and on-site customer support.Also, verifying and approving the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment.Exercise sound judgment and decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions.Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule.Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.Achieve and maintain a high level of performance, allowing Stryker to meet and exceed the company's financial goals and performance metrics.Collaborate with senior-level Field Service Representatives and Stryker Salesteams.Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned equipment.Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation in a complete, accurate and timely manner.This includes but is not limited to field service reports, expense reports and service checklists.Travel and assist in other Field Service team members territories; instruct/train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment, software and hardware upgrades/updates; installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, and cadaver labs or seminars.What You Need -Required -High school diploma or equivalent3+ years of relevant experienceFlexibility of hours based on business needComputer literacyPreferred -Associate or bachelor's degreePrevious experience as a technical field service professional or in a relevant capacityPay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.Financial benefits include: Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), basic life and AD&D insurance, and short-term disability insurance.Stryker offers innovative products and services in MedSurg, Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine that help improve patient and healthcare outcomes.Alongside its customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 150 million patients annually.Depending on customer requirements employees and new hires in sales and field roles that require access to customer accounts as a function of the job may be required to obtain various vaccinations as an essential function of their role.#J-*****-Ljbffr
