Management Controller – Corporate FinanceLocation: Milan, ItalyAbout the CompanyDeal Technologies Group (DTG)is an independent industrial group born from the integration of Rizzani de Eccher's bridge contracting expertise with its specialized subsidiaries – DEAL, TENSA, and SPIC – operating globally across Algeria, Australia, Canada, India, Mexico, Romania, and the USA.Leveraging decades of engineering excellence, DTG designs, manufactures, and delivers advanced systems for complex civil works and infrastructure worldwide.About the RoleDTG is seeking a Management Controller to strengthen its Corporate Finance team in Milan.This role focuses on supporting Group-wide financial performance, ensuring the alignment of cost control, planning, and reporting processes across business units and international subsidiaries.You will play a key role in consolidating financial insights, improving control frameworks, and driving efficiency and transparency in DTG's financial management systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Financial ControlConsolidate cost control data and financial performance reports from international entities.Ensure consistency in cost classification, accounting standards, and reporting structures across the Group.Support management in defining and monitoring corporate cost KPIs and overhead optimization.Coordinate monthly and quarterly performance reviews with regional and functional finance teams.Contribute to the definition and enforcement of internal control procedures and financial governance.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes at Group level.Perform consolidated variance analyses, identifying key drivers of cost and profitability across divisions.Prepare dashboards and executive reports for senior management and shareholders.Support strategic financial decision-making through cost-benefit and scenario analyses.Systems & Process ImprovementDrive continuous improvement in ERP (D365) utilization and data integration across subsidiaries.Collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance reporting automation and data reliability.Support the implementation of new financial tools and digital transformation initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, or cost management (experience in industrial or engineering sectors preferred).Strong analytical mindset and business acumen with attention to accuracy and detail.Proficiency in ERP (D365) systems, cost control software, and advanced Excel skills.Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Fluency in English required; Italian proficiency is an asset.What We OfferA key role within the corporate finance organization of a global industrial group.Exposure to international operations and strategic decision-making.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.Annual gross salary up to €45,000, based on prior experience.Permanent, full-time position.??Ready to make an impact?Apply today and join DTG in building smarter, safer, and more sustainable infrastructure worldwide.This position is open to candidates of all genders, ages, and nationalities, in accordance with Italian laws ****** and ******, and Legislative Decrees ****** and ******.#J-*****-Ljbffr
