Job Title:Sustainability ManagerJob Description:The Sustainability Manager will lead and execute the company's sustainability agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives while delivering measurable results.This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on implementation across social compliance, product compliance, environmental sustainability, and data management.The Sustainability Manager reports to the Director of Sustainability and Compliance and will manage one direct report to support program delivery.Regulatory developments and evolving sustainability initiatives may expand the scope of the role's responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage supplier social compliance programs, including audit planning, execution, and corrective action follow-upManage chemical testing programs to meet global regulations and industry requirementsCollaborate with Raw Materials and Product Development teams to monitor sustainable raw materials sourcing and support responsible sourcing initiativesTrack and report environmental performance metrics (energy, water, waste) and product data metrics against business targetsDefine robust systems for data collection, monitoring, and reporting on sustainability and compliance KPIsEnsure data integrity for external audits, certifications, and regulatory submissionsDeliver internal and external supplier training on sustainability, product compliance, and ethical practicesMaintain strong partnerships with Supply Chain teams, certification bodies, and external stakeholders to advance sustainability goals and regulatory requirementsRequirements:The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience within a team managing and advancing sustainability programs and monitoring regulatory initiatives; ideally within the fashion or consumer product industries.They will possess outstanding project management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to drive completion with the ability to prioritize effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization are also required.The candidate should be fluent in English, both written and spoken, and have excellent Microsoft Office skills.Benefits:This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the company's sustainability agenda and contribute to driving business success.The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
