TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Manager Beauty by Earth is a fast-growing, clean beauty brand built on performance, integrity, and products that actually work.We sell across DTC, Amazon, retail, and marketplaces — and TikTok Shop is a major growth channel for our brand.This role sits at the intersection of creators, content, and commerce.If you understand what makes TikTok creative convert — and can turn creators into a real revenue engine — keep reading.The Role:The TikTok Shop Creator & Affiliate Manager owns the growth, performance, and profitability of our TikTok Shop channel.You will build and operate our creator and affiliate ecosystem end-to-end: sourcing and activating creators, seeding products, coaching content quality, and driving consistent GMV.This is a performance role with real accountability — including P&L ownership for the TikTok Shop channel.This is not a passive community or influencer coordination role.You are expected to understand what good TikTok creative looks like, coach creators toward higher-converting content, and continuously optimize for output and ROI.What You'll Be Doing:- Own TikTok Shop channel performance, including GMV, efficiency, and contribution margin- Recruit, onboard, and activate TikTok Shop creators and affiliates- Seed products to creators at scale, tracking outcomes and ROI- Coach creators on how to produce high-converting TikTok content- Hooks, angles, storytelling, lighting, pacing, edits, CTAs- What converts vs. what just looks "nice"- Provide clear briefs, feedback, and performance guidance to creators- Build and manage creator communities (Discord and TikTok-native tools)- Keep creators engaged through announcements, challenges, competitions, rankings, and incentives- Run creator initiatives and campaigns designed to increase content volume and GMV- Ensure creators post consistently and align with performance expectations- Track creator performance across content volume, GMV, conversion, and ROI- Identify top-performing creators and double down; cut or deprioritize underperformers- Coordinate with internal teams on inventory availability, shipping, timelines, and offers- Maintain clean tracking systems and dashboardsWhat Success Looks Like:- Growing number of active creators per week- Increasing high-quality content volume tied to conversion- Consistent and scalable TikTok Shop GMV- Improving channel-level profitability and efficiency- Strong creator retention and engagement- Clear visibility into cost per seeded creator vs outputWhat We're Looking For:- Deep understanding of TikTok as a platform and what drives performance- Strong creative instincts — you know a good hook when you see one- Experience coaching creators or affiliates to improve content quality and conversion- Comfort owning revenue and performance, not just relationships- Highly organized, execution-oriented, and data-aware- Clear communicator who can give direct, constructive feedback- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment- Experience with creator, affiliate, or influencer programs (TikTok preferred)Why This Role Matters:TikTok Shop is not an experiment for us — it's a real growth lever with real dollars attached.This role directly impacts revenue, content quality, and channel profitability.If you perform, the scope and opportunity will grow with it.Job Location:This position is fully remote with no in-office requirement.About Beauty by Earth:Beauty by Earth is a clean, high-performing skincare brand on a mission to help people look and feel their best—without compromise.We're passionate about natural, non-toxic ingredients, sustainable practices, and delivering products that actually work.A few fast facts:- Female-founded, Made in the USA- Certified Cruelty-Free & Plastic Neutral- Sold across Amazon, Shopify, Target, Walmart, and other Online Retailers- Obsessed with performance, obsessed with our customersSocial:- TikTok- Instagram- Facebook- YouTube#J-*****-Ljbffr
