Our leading technologies and our ability to apply them safety and effectively create value for our customers and shareholders.Partner with the bestThe Project Manager is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:addressing and resolving commercial issues, managing correspondence, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate;keeping track in BH systems of all records and aspects of the project;meeting and enhancing financial performances of the project, including cash flow, revenues and margin expansion;securing project on-time delivery in accordance with contractual terms and conditions;Managing project risk including any financial exposure, claims, variation orders, LLs and effective project closeout;leading a project team in a matrix environment and initiate corrective actions where appropriate to make sure project execution is flawless;building up a long term relationship with the Customer based on accountability and trust;creating a positive and collaborative environment which enables team mates to perform at their best.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent from an accredited university or college;Have work experience in project execution environment in complex technology marketDemonstrate good leadership and communication skills with fluency in English and ItalianBe a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to identify and solve problemsShow ability to drive and manage changes in an ambiguous scenario.
