Overview Do you enjoy working with cutting-edge technology?Would you like to help shape the future of our global energy?Join our TeamOur Gas Technology Equipment business provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy.We create value with impactful decisions by effectively connecting ideas and people.We champion an entrepreneurial culture to unlock full our potential by bringing energy to the world.Partner with the bestAs a GTE Project Contract Manager, you\'ll create positive impacts to the business, setting a strategic vision, execute to plan and streamline operations.You\'ll be able to achieve outstanding results in demanding and rapidly changing business environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage project contracts, identifying, tracking, and reporting all contractual aspects from contract award through the commercial operation date.Prepare contract summaries and transfer contractual documents; communicate residual commercial risks to the Project Team; identify contractual provisions to transfer to vendors, subcontractors and/or partners.Ensure the Project Team archives contractual documentation and key project correspondence.Support the project team in formalizing contract variations when risks or opportunities affect project costs.Assist the PM/PD and other project team members in handling contract-relevant matters and drafting key contractual correspondence.Support the project teams in addressing and resolving contractual disputes and/or claims to avoid legal escalation and unlock payments and unbilled milestones, including finalization and execution of settlement agreements.Keep the project claims tracker fully updated to enable periodic release of contract management metrics / KPIs.Monitor the overall financial exposure of projects under your management, including outstanding payments, unbilled amounts and bank guarantees.Assist the PD in preparing claim negotiations through final settlement, coordinating with Legal to define the most favorable final settlement agreements.Inform promptly the contract management leader and legal department when disputes with Clients and partners are likely to result in litigation.Support the contract management leader and legal department in the management of litigation proceedings.Identify, track, and address to the commercial department any contractual lessons learned identified during project execution.QualificationsHave a Master\'s degree in Engineering or Law with a technical background in Oil & Gas or Energy products.Show analytical skills on contractual clauses and knowledge of contracting methods, contract forms, drafting terms and conditions.Display Early Dispute Resolution and claims negotiation experience, with solid interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills.Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills from a global-matrix environment.Demonstrate ability to work with remote teams and to deliver while handling large numbers of diverse tasks.Working ArrangementsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.In this role, we can offer the following flexible working patterns:Working flexible hours - flexing the times when you work in the day to help you fit everything in and work when you are the most productive.Working with usOur people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.We know we are better when all of our people are developed, engaged and able to bring their whole authentic selves to work.We invest in the health and well-being of our workforce, train and reward talent and develop leaders at all levels to bring out the best in each other.Working for youOur inventions have revolutionized energy for over a century.But to keep going forward tomorrow, we know we have to push the boundaries today.We prioritize rewarding those who embrace change with a package that reflects how much we value their input.Join us, and you can expect:Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activitiesComprehensive private medical care optionsSafety net of life insurance and disability programsTailored financial programsAdditional elected or voluntary benefits#J-*****-Ljbffr
