Front Desk Staff (categoria protetta art. 1 L.*****) - IED MilanoIED Istituto Europeo di Design è un network internazionale deccellenza 100% Made in Italy, attivo nei settori della formazione e della ricerca per le discipline del Design, della Moda, delle Arti Visive e della Comunicazione.IED è un laboratorio capace di offrire ai giovani creativi una "Cultura del Progetto" che li accompagna per tutta la vita.Proprio per questo IED è molto più di una Scuola: è un centro in cui prendono forma professionalità di nuova generazione.Il presente annuncio è riservato a risorse iscritte alle liste categorie protette art.1Legge *****.IED è alla ricerca di un profilo di Front Desk Staff da inserire nella sede di Milano per gestire le attività di accoglienza e segreteria.Attività principali:Gestire il centralino e tutte le comunicazioni in entrata;Accogliere studenti, genitori e clienti/ospiti con professionalità e cortesia fornendo le informazioni necessarie;Gestire le attività legate alla posta e ai corrieri sia in entrata che in uscita;Laddove necessario, gestire lapertura e la chiusura della sede;Garantire che larea reception e colloqui sia sempre ordinata e che tutti i materiali informativi siano adeguatamente esposti.Il candidato/la candidata ideale, in possesso di diploma (eventuale laurea sarà considerata un plus) deve possedere le seguenti capacità:Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;Problem solving e flessibilità;Precisione e puntualità;Buona padronanza del Pacchetto Office e utilizzo posta elettronica.Contratto di lavoro: tempo determinato (12 mesi)Orario di lavoro: dal Lunedì al Venerdì h.*************Sede di lavoro: Pompeo Leoni, MilanoIl suddetto annuncio è rivolto ai candidati di entrambe i sessi, ai sensi del D.lgs.********
