Adecco Consulting is working with a dynamic and fast-growing international company in the healthcare sector with a complete portfolio of mobility and care solutions, looking for an:Expert Accountant - Senior Accountant The person will manage the accounting independently, reporting to the Finance Department.The role involves supervising accounting and administrative activities, ensuring the correct keeping of general accounting and compliance with tax and tax regulations.The resource will be placed in the Administration, Finance and Control team, reporting to the CFO, and will work with one Finance Team in Italy and have functions in Central Europe, as well as taking further responsibilities outside of Italy.Responsabilita: Main responsibilities ensuring the correct keeping of accounts, in compliance with civil and tax obligations; local and international general ledger/bank/supplier records; coordinating accounting and tax activities relating to the active and passive cycle; periodic VAT settlements and preparation of VAT returns (LIPE and annual return); supervision and control of Intrastat declarations; personnel records and monthly F24 preparation; management of supplier schedules and preparation of payments; customer schedule control, SBF portfolio presentation, advance PA invoices, credit recovery in collaboration with sales offices; intercompany reconciliation; management of asset books and depreciation; support to the CFO in the preparation of interim and annual statutory records; preparation of financial statements (adjustment entries, reconciliation of accounting sheets) in collaboration with the CFO; support to the CFO in keeping company books, in audit activities and in relations with external consultants.Requirements: Diploma in accounting or degree in economics; at least 5 years' experience in the role; coming from commercial companies; good level of written and spoken English (fundamental); good knowledge of Excel; availability for short daily trips; immediate insertion; The profile is completed by communication skills, adaptation, problem solving, dynamism and, ultimately, ambition.What is offered: Stimulating and professionally rewarding work environment.Employment based on job contract Internal trainings Possibilities to learn from experts of the craft Open and accessible management team Independence in carrying out assigned tasks Only CVs in English will be evaluated Disponibilita oraria: Full Time
