We are looking for a leading international company in the food sector aSupply Chain Managerwho will report to the Plant Director and be oversee the full Supply Chain ecosystem—from logistics to planning, inventory, warehouse operations and supplier management—ensuring that products reach customers efficiently, on time, and in compliance with the highest quality standards.MissionThe candidate will lead the Supply Chain team and all related processes, guaranteeing optimal service levels, end-to-end inventory accuracy, and continuous improvement of overall supply chain performance.He/she will also be responsible for delivering total supply chain cost in line with budget targets.Main activities and ResponsibilitiesOversee logistics, transportation and delivery performance.Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate production planning.Supervise warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking/packing, traceability).Lead process optimization and implement LEAN initiatives.Manage and develop the Supply Chain team, ensuring safety and compliance.Ensure customer satisfaction through service quality and product availability.Coordinate procurement and maintain strong supplier relationships.Monitor budget, KPIs, and overall supply chain performance.Collaborate cross-functionally to support business goals.Qualifications7+ years of experience in the food industryDegree/Master's in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration or related fieldsStrong analytical, communication and negotiation skillsKnowledge of food safety regulationsFluency in English (C1)#J-*****-Ljbffr
