Adecco's specialized Lifescience division is currently seeking a Tender Specialist for a leading company in the sales and rental of medical devices and electromedical equipment.Responsibilities:The selected candidate will join the Back Office team and will be responsible for the following activities:- Analyzing tender notices, drafting documentation, and preparing economic and technical-administrative bids for public procurement contracts related to the supply of medical devices and equipment.- Managing and archiving sales and rental documentation.- Processing orders and managing deliveries.- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable.- Invoicing and monitoring deadlines.- Handling customer relations and providing assistance via email and phone.- Collaborating with other departments to ensure an efficient workflow.- Monitoring order status and inventory levels.- Utilizing the Arca management software for data entry and management.Requirements:- Diploma or degree in administration, commerce, or related fields.- Experience in managing public procurement contracts, preferably in the field of medical device supplies for the public sector.- Knowledge of current legislation on public procurement.- Preferable familiarity with the Arca management software.- Previous experience in back office or administrative roles, preferably in the medical or healthcare sector.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Good command of the English language.- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office).- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.Position in office no smart working1 Year contractI curricula ricevuti potranno essere comunicati all'azienda nostra cliente o ad altre che ne facciano richiesta per valutare un'eventuale assunzione, salvo diversa volontà del candidato.\"I candidati ambosessi (L.******) sono invitati a leggere su l'informativa sulla privacy (art.13, D.Lgs. ******).Per esercitare i diritti di cui all'art.7 del citato Decreto è possibile scrivere al seguente indirizzo e-mail: .Un facsimile di domanda di candidatura, comprensivo di informativa sulla privacy (art. 9, comma 3, D.Lgs. ******), è presente al seguente indirizzo internet: Italia S.p.A.
