In Boggi Milano crediamo nel valore dell'eccellenza italiana, della cura del dettaglio e della relazione autentica con ogni cliente.Ogni vendita per noi è un incontro, ogni cliente una storia.Entrare in boutique significa vivere un'esperienza di eleganza contemporanea.Ruolo Come Sales Advisor, sarai un vero Brand Ambassador: accoglierai ogni cliente con attenzione, comprenderai i suoi bisogni e lo accompagnerai in un'esperienza d'acquisto personalizzata e memorabile — in boutique come online.Il tuo contributo sarà fondamentale per rafforzare l'immagine del marchio e per raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita attraverso un servizio di qualità e una relazione di fiducia.Responsabilità Offrire un servizio eccezionale, valorizzando ogni interazione con il cliente e promuovendo il Brand, il prodotto e i programmi di fidelizzazione.Comprendere i bisogni del cliente, raccontare il prodotto con passione e guidarlo nella scelta più adatta.Creare relazioni di lungo periodo con i clienti, costruendo fiducia e lealtà.Promuovere le vendite complementari e omnicanale (Click Collect, Seek Send, tablet in store).Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento dei target di vendita e di team.Gestire con professionalità eventuali richieste o reclami, in collaborazione con il responsabile.Mantenere l'ordine, la cura e l'immagine della boutique (front and back) in linea con gli standard del Brand.Supportare la gestione dei flussi omnicanale e le attività di inventario.Contribuire alla gestione della cassa e delle procedure operative, nel rispetto delle policy aziendali.Chi cerchiamo Hai una forte passione per la moda e per il servizio al cliente.Ti distingui per eleganza, empatia e capacità relazionale.Sei proattivo/a, orientato/a al risultato e curioso/a di apprendere.Hai un approccio positivo e collaborativo nel lavoro di squadra.Esperienza pregressa nel retail moda o nel luxury/premium è considerata un plus.Cosa offriamo Lavorare in BOGGI Milano significa entrare in un ambiente elegante e dinamico, dove la cura del cliente e la passione per lo stile sono valori condivisi.Farai parte di un team coeso che valorizza collaborazione, fiducia e risultati di gruppo.Crediamo nella formazione continua su prodotto, vendita e cultura del Brand, e promuoviamo lo sviluppo delle nostre persone offrendo opportunità di crescita in un gruppo internazionale in forte espansione.
