Amilon is the company that revolutionized the digital gift card market, introducing them first in Italy.With headquarters in Italy and offices in Poland and Spain, today we are not just a gift card reseller, but aDigital Value enableroperating in three strategic areas:Reselling, Processing and Media & Engagement.Thanks to our proprietary technology and innovative approach, we transform gift cards into valuable tools for companies, retailers and brands, creating new opportunities for incentive, engagement and monetization.To strengthen our growth, we are looking for aJunior Customer Services(Fixed-term - 1 year)to join our Operations team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting assignedB2B clients, ensuring a seamless experience by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and fostering long-term relationships.This role requires a proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving, acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries related to our services.Key Responsibilities:Support and manage assignedB2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfactionAddress client requests and resolve issues throughERP, ticketing tools, CRM, chat, and phoneIdentify risks, anticipate potential problems, and take proactive measuresMaintain and enhance client relationships, ensuring seamless communicationCollaborate with internal teams to improve overall service qualityRequirements:Fluency in Italian and English (B2 level)Strong problem-solving mindset with a client-first approachExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectivelyPrevious experience in client management or customer supportProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelPreferred:Experience in theE-Gift Card, loyalty, or incentive industryKnowledge ofadditional languages(Spanish, French, German, Polish, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese)Background or interest ineconomics, marketing, or financeAre you the right person for this role?Apply now here onLinkedInand join the Amilon team
