This role ensures product success by :Leading product lifecycle managementUnderstanding customer needs and market trendsDriving product development and improvementsSupporting sales and marketing teams in commercial activitiesResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & LifecycleDefine and manage product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.Prioritize and coordinate product development efforts with engineering teams.Monitor product performance metrics, including quality, profitability, and turnover.Market & Customer InsightsEngage with engineers, specifiers, and OEMs to understand application needs.Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to guide product positioning.Translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.Sales & Business EnablementCreate Sales collateral and promotional contentTrain sales team and channels on product knowledge and applications.Assist in customer engagement, tender preparation, and product presentations.Represent the product portfolio at trade shows, conferences, and webinars.RequirementsMSc in Electrical or Industrial Engineering ( or equivalentExperience in engineered electrotechnical or electromechanical equipment (5-7 years preferred).3+ years in product management, product marketing, or business development.Ability to define, refine, and improve product portfolios based on customer and market insights.Strong ability to present clear, impactful information to stakeholders.Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).Collaborative mindset with a proactive and resourceful approach.Travel RequirementUp to 30% travel , primarily within Europe , with potential global engagements.Candidates not in line with the requirements described above will not been taken into consideration.Please attach your updated CV in English to your application.#J-*****-Ljbffr
