Important Notice:Please submit your application/CV in English.Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our everyday.Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen.We are proud to put our curiosity to work, building a better and more sustainable world.Join our extraordinary team todayThe Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised from the Field, collecting information from the PDI and transferring it into the Factory quality and collaborating with all the other teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Engineering, Customer support).He will get in contact with suppliers if needed for issue resolution, especially for topics related to PPR.He will have the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given in a timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders.The Field Quality specialist will collaborate to monitor and share the KPIs, and propose system improvements to reduce the Time to Fix (TTF).Your Impact:PPR Support: Responsible for supporting the issue resolution inside the factory.The incumbent will bring the information to the production line/manufacturing Eng./Eng., make the investigation to help the root cause identification, and will collect the information and share with the stakeholders.PDI analysis and actions follow up: Responsible for monitoring the PDIs submitted by dealers.Investigate and take actions into factory for the fast issue resolution.Factory Communication: Communicate the issue from the field (PDI & concern from the field) to the Factory and ensure that the solution feedback is routed to the Product Customer support.Your Experience and Qualification:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality environment.Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or, automobiles).Knowledgeable of industrial process and technology.Experience with problem solving methods.English/Italian speaker.Your Benefits:Attractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme.Balance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time.Private health insurance with partial coverage of medical expenses.Canteen with meal allowance.Your Workplace:You will work with your wonderful AGCO colleagues from 3 Days Onsite and 2 Days Work from home from our Breganze site.We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.Through our recruitment efforts, we are committed to building a team that includes a variety of experiences, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.Join our extraordinary team today and apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
