Join to apply for theMiddle Business Process Consultantrole atP.G.M.D. ConsultingIn this highly dynamic and professionalizing context,PGMD Consultingis looking for a "Middle Business Process Consultant," with at least 3 years of seniority in the role, on the Milan office (Cologno Monzese), who will join a dynamic team, working for PA or Regional Health System entities both in Lombardy and in other regions of northern and central Italy.Main responsibilitiesManage strategic and management consulting projects, functional for the redefinition of organizational and process structures useful to adequately support the transition to digital health;Manage the activities of the various projects, with training objectives for the growth and training of junior resources involved in the project teams in which you participate.Technical skills requiredKnowledge of healthcare setting or major hospital-type processes;Knowledge of Business Process Management and Redesign methods and tools;Knowledge of the main ICT Governance frameworks (COBIT, TOGAF, ITIL).The ideal candidate is a proactive person with excellent communication skills in Italian and English language, planning and project management.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and ability to draft technical organizational documents.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in technical, scientific, engineering or economic disciplines.What we offerHighly innovative projects: our clients are facing, supported by PNRR resources, a momentous change in which digital transformation will drive the complete transformation of healthcare management processes according to the "One Health" paradigm;Dynamic and stimulating working environment: the specificity of the projects, the articulation of the project teams including PGMD figures of very high seniority offer the space for constant professional growth at the highest level;Flexible working environment: activities will be carried out both at customer sites, at company facilities and in smartworking to ensure the best possible functioning of project teams and the achievement of project objectives;Teamworking: teamwork to achieve set objectives combined with fun team building activities and company events;Internationality: we are a global reality with offices all over the world such as Milan, Berlin, Seattle, Dallas and Paris, leading to collaboration and support on different projects between colleagues, developing a heterogeneous reality that allows a constant exchange of culture and perspective.Position open to candidates regardless of gender, in accordance with Legislative Decree ********.The company promotes equal opportunities and values diversity in all its forms.#J-*****-Ljbffr
