Ariston Group is a global leader in sustainable thermal comfort that offers a unique, extensive range of solutions for climate comfort, water heating and air handling, as well as components and burners.Listed on Euronext Milan since November ****, in **** the group reported over 2.6-billion-euro revenues, with over 10,000 employees, direct presence in 40 countries in 5 continents, 28 production sites and 28 research and development centers.The group demonstrates its commitment to sustainability through the development of renewable and high efficiency solutions, such as heat pumps, water heating heat pumps, hybrids, domestic ventilation, air handling and solar thermal systems.The group also stands out for its continuous investment in technological innovation, digitalization, and advanced connectivity solutions.The group operates under global strategic brands Ariston, Elco and Wolf, and brands such as Calorex, NTI, HTP, Atag, Brink, Chromagen, Racold, as well as Thermowatt and Ecoflam in the components and burners business.The ICT Project Manager candidate will be part of the group ICT organization focused on Sales & Service area and will support the ICT organization in delivering every assigned project on time, on budget and on quality.He/she should have a solid background in both technical and business processes.Responsibilities:Being the ICT Project Leader for the assigned initiatives in his/her responsibility area;Supporting thedemand collection from the business units/departments focusing mainly on Sales, Service, Marketing Processes;Managingfull life cycle projects and coordinating the assigned resources (internal and/or external);Managingthe external suppliers involved in our projects;Applyingtheproject management methodology as per ICT standards (including Agile);Define projectreadiness and KPIs in accordance with the business;Monitoring andcontrolling the assigned projects and Change Request (CR) progress and cost;Reporting thestatus of the assigned projects (main outcomes, status, issues with proposed solutions, risks with mitigations actions etc...).Requirements:University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (or similar);4+ yearsof professional experience as Project Manager in multinational companies;Good knowledgeof Sales, Service and Marketing processes;Good knowledgeand experience on CRM, ERP systems and route to Market WEB applications (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Service/Marketing/Sales, Sap ECC or SAP CRM will be a plus);PMI or Prince 2 certifications are a plus;Excellent communication and negotiation skills;Good relationship management with internal and external stakeholders;Target oriented with problem solving attitude;Strong team leading skills;Organizationaland analytical skills;Fluency in English.Location: Milan or Fabriano (AN)We are committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all people, by offering a work environment accessible, welcoming and inclusive in compliance with legal obligations.
