SummaryAs a member of Merchandise & Supply Chain Planning team, you will support all activities aimed at optimizing global product availability and provide best service level to our worldwide boutiques and B2B customers, in line with business and financial targets.Job DescriptionWhat you will learnSales Landing projections by channel and region, ensuring alignment with Sales and Finance teamsMerchandise Planning by channel and collection update and analysis;Oversee the end-to-end packaging process, including supplier coordination, inventory allocation, distribution planning and tracking of production and scheduled deliveries.Assist in generating reports, analysis and KPIs to support supply chain decision-making processOpen to Buy update and analysis, including report preparation and presentation;Permanent and new collection production needs elaboration;New Collection: forecasting process with Sales Merchandising, weekly Canvass monitoring, sales monitoring after launch date;Contribute to improving service levels by optimizing inventory allocation and distribution while tracking and prioritizing production planned deliveries to minimize out of stockLiase with Brand's stakeholders (sales merchandising, product marketing, retail and wholesale operations) on a regular basis to collect quantitative and qualitative inputs influencing demand behavior (trend, cannibalization, events, ..)Who you areBachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain-related subjectsDemonstrate passion for analysis and process analysisExcellent knowledge of the Office packageHands-on approach, flexible and team-work orientedMethodic, humble and willing to learn in all circumstancesFluent in English, italian is a plusLocation: Milan Working hours: 40h/ Week Full Time Duration: 6+6 monthsJob TypeFixed Term (Fixed Term)Start DateScheduleFull timeOrganizationDodo S.r.l.
