Travelive is a collection of trusted destination management companies (DMCs) specializing in unique travel experiences tailored to individual clients.Our destination specialties include Greece, Italy, Croatia, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Egypt, and Turkey.Founded by a former advisor, Travelive was built around the challenges experienced by advisors selling the world.With offices in the US and across destinations, our dedicated teams led by Country Managers offer the benefits of working with a US company while also providing in-depth local knowledge, support, and a complete solution from 4* to ultraluxe.Travelive expertise includes custom FIT itineraries, group and multi-generational travel, country combinations, pre-and-post cruise, shore excursions, private yacht charters, and villas.Travel planners are available for consultation with advisors and their clients.Itineraries are completed by our in-house concierge team and all guests have access to our 24/7 in-destination support.We are looking to expand our team in our Voula office in Athens, Greece, and are seeking an experienced individual for our current opening:Travel Concierge Assistant.Applicants should be highly motivated individuals seeking a career path featuring exceptional opportunities for personal and professional growth.Responsibilities include:Booking a variety of aspects of travel and concierge requests including hotels reservations, restaurant bookings, transfers, vehicle hire and toursNegotiations and communications with suppliersAssisting with creative solutions across all travel requirements as per their clients' needsAssisting with writing copy for social media channels and the client's websiteDelivering great customer service and maintaining an 'above and beyond' attitudeWorking across their CRM platform and bespoke systems to curate itineraries for clientsParticipate in business development - which can be anything from lead generation, to attending networking eventsAssisting in creation of presentations and packages for clientsAssisting with overall organization and administration for the division as requiredQualified applicants should have:Bachelor's degree; Travel & Tourism or Hospitality beneficialPassion for travel and lifestyle preferably with a minimum of 1 years' experience in a travel /concierge or lifestyle roleHighly organized, ability to prioritize and multitask especially when under pressureHigh care of duty to both clients and team members and a willingness to go the extra mile for bothTech-savvy and able to work with a range of systems - Salesforce and Google Drive experience would be preferableExtremely strong writing skills - experience writings copy would be a bonusStrong research capabilities with a solution driven approach to any tasksImpeccable attention to detail and cross-checking skillsStrong communication skills both written and verbalFantastic time management skills and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyA methodical approach to processing data - experience in data uploading would be a bonusGood knowledge of industry suppliers, destinations and hotels would be extremely beneficialWidely travelled with good travel knowledge and experienceReservation's experience - travel / restaurants / vehiclesQuick learning, able to adapt to new and an ever-changing environmentStrong work ethic and team player attitude, with strong independent initiativeFluency in English is essentialMale candidates must have fulfilled their military obligationsTravelive offers:A unique opportunity to grow within one of the leading Destination Management Companies in the travel industryFriendly and professional working environmentAn international and diverse work atmosphereContinuous opportunities for career progressionTravelive is an equal opportunity employer.Only applications submitted in English will be considered.#J-*****-Ljbffr
