Location : Italy - (MilanVerona Rome Bari Florence) General Responsibilities Planning transfer pricing strategies limiting tax exposure and defending positions taken and applied practices. Preparation of transfer pricing documentation including Master File and Country File. Benchmarking and use of dedicated databases for transfer pricing analysis. Assistance in the valorization of intangible assets through the Patent Box tax regime (Senior role focus). Support to multinational business groups in international taxation and consulting. Assistance in preparing forms for the implementation of international policies to combat tax evasion (Country by Country Reporting). Assistance in audits and management of pre-litigation and litigation phases. Management of disputes and risks related to transfer pricing. Streamlining processes and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements (Senior role focus). Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Economics Law or related field. Good knowledge of Tax Law; advanced knowledge preferred for Senior level. Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Note : We are hiring for both Junior and Senior Tax Consultant Transfer Pricing positions.
