Entrerai a far parte della struttura Origination & Distribution (CT&I) nel ruolo diSenior Specialist – Technical Delivery & Shared Services.Sarai il punto di riferimento per il supporto alla pianificazione, al coordinamento e alla supervisione delle attività di rilascio dei progetti tecnologici, garantendo il rispetto dei requisiti tecnici e assicurando che le iniziative vengano completate nei tempi previsti e in linea con il budget approvato.Le tue responsabilità:Supporto al Technical Delivery dei progettiAffiancare i team tecnici nelle fasi di design, implementazione, testing e deployment.Contribuire alla definizione di business case, roadmap e budget.Supportare i team tecnici nella raccolta e formalizzazione dei requisiti.Supportare nell'organizzazione delle attività di Change Management.Monitorare avanzamenti e spese rispetto al budget.Segnalare e gestire rischi e issue progettuali.Attività di Shared Services per l'areaSupportare la gestione e il reporting di budget e spending dell'area.Contribuire all'organizzazione di sessioni di knowledge sharing (All Hands, Town Hall).Contribuire alle iniziative di portfolio management (tracking e reporting).Predisporre documentazione e template a supporto dell'area.Supportare il Demand Management dell'area O&D , raccogliendo richieste da altri gruppi.Favorire la collaborazione e la comunicazionetra team e stakeholder di progetto.Promuovere ed applicare azioni di miglioramentosui processi per migliorarne qualità ed efficienza.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.Esperienza in Project Management e almeno 2-3 anni in ambito Technology.Conoscenza di Office 365, Jira, Confluence.Eccellenti capacità comunicative, organizzative e analitiche.Problem solving e gestione delle priorità.Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente in rapida evoluzione con flessibilitàCapacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente con diversi team e stakeholder.Conoscenza del broadcasting engineering (plus)#J-*****-Ljbffr
