Mangia's Resorts, a distinguished hospitality brand of Aeroviaggi S.p.A., embodies the essence of Authentic Italian Vacanza within the upper-upscale segment.With 17 owned properties across Sicily and Sardinia—including 2 city hotels, 10 four- and five-star resorts, and 5 clubs—Mangia's offers guests immersive and memorable stays that celebrate Italian heritage, nature, and lifestyle.Reflecting our commitment to excellence and international recognition, two of our resorts proudly belong to the prestigious Autograph Collection by Marriott, while one is part of the refined Curio Collection by Hilton.Mangia's Sardinia Resorts is looking for an Operations Manager.The role offers the opportunity to ensure seamless daily operations across key departments (Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Guest Services), upholding Mangia's brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with international luxury hospitality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily operational activities, optimizing workflows and resource allocationMonitor service, quality, and efficiency KPIs, implementing corrective actions where neededSupport the General Manager in strategic planning and achieving performance targetsLead department teams, fostering motivation, accountability, and continuous developmentManage VIP guest relations and resolve issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approachEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability regulationsCollaborate with HR on onboarding, performance reviews, and staff developmentMaintain high standards of service delivery across all touchpoints of the guest journeyContribute to brand consistency and operational excellence through cross-departmental coordinationRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in operational roles within upscale or luxury hospitalityStrong leadership skills with a collaborative and results-driven mindsetIn-depth knowledge of Rooms and F&B operations; management background preferredFluent in English; additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with PMS systems, reporting tools, and digital platformsAbility to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-centric approachWhat We OfferType of contract seasonalCareer growth opportunities within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environmentOngoing training and access to professional development courses#J-*****-Ljbffr
