Kampaay is the ideal partner for organising any corporate event, combining advanced technology with specialised expertise to simplify and transform the event experience.Our platform enables companies to independently manage routine events like lunches and team-building activities with a catalogue of ready-to-book services, accessible with just a few clicks.For larger and more complex events, Kampaay offers dedicated support from a team of experts to guide companies from planning through execution.With Kampaay, every event is organised smoothly, quickly, and centrally, ensuring both control and scalability.Kampaay is one of the most promising startups in Europe, already serving the Italian and Swedish markets.We are keen to keep growing and expanding our business in other European countries.As a P&C Specialist, you will be part of the People team, playing a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, strengthening our culture, and elevating the overall level of talent across the company.This position is ideal for someone with a passion for people, strong organizational skills, and the desire to grow within an agile and innovation-driven environment.This is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan, but we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible.You will oversee all People & Culture activities across the employee lifecycle at 360° level.You will support people and the organization by managing core P&C processes while always prioritizing employee well-being, engagement, and development.Your role helps to raise the bar on talent across the organization, while fostering a positive, inclusive culture that balances business needs with a strong focus on people.Core AreasTalent AcquisitionSupport end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, CV screening, talent research, interviews, and candidate management;Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and improve recruiting workflows;Contribute to building a strong employer brand in the tech and events ecosystem;Employee Lifecycle & HR OperationsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new joiners and leavers;Assist in People & Culture projects and process improvements;Create and manage the yearly Satisfaction Rate;Maintain employee records and support HR administration activities;Oversee facility-related activities, including company device management and coordination of privacy and cybersecurity initiatives;People Engagement and CultureLead the planning and implementation of company engagement plan;Define and implement the ESG yearly activity plan from the first draft to the final reporting in the company Impact & Sustainability Report;Learning & DevelopmentAssist in planning and coordinating training programs, workshops, and development paths;Track training participation and maintain related documentation;HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)Support HSE compliance activities in coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders;Help ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are upheld across the organization;Who are we looking for?2-3 years of experience in People & Culture, HR, or a similar role, ideally in dynamic or tech-driven environments;Experience in Talent Acquisition processes and end-to-end employee lifecycle activities;Feel comfortable working in contexts where priorities evolve and processes are continuously improving;Are organized, reliable and pay attention to details, especially when dealing with sensitive and confidential information;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Approach challenges with a positive, proactive and problem-solving attitude;Fluent both in English and Italian (at least B2);Familiarity with digital tools, HR software, and collaborative platforms.What you getYou got it: helping you succeed is our #1 priority.We have put together several perks to make your life easier and more will be added as Kampaay grows further.Office & Team LifeA casual and relaxed office environment to let you feel comfortable;Periodic events outside the office to enjoy and get to know the team members;An inclusive environment with a real focus on parity;
