Fondata nel ****, LIONARD Luxury Real Estate S.p.A . è la società leader in Italia nel mercato immobiliare di lusso, con un portafoglio di oltre ***** proprietà esclusive e un valore complessivo di circa 20 miliardi di euro.Con sedi a Firenze, Milano, Roma, Napoli, Forte dei Marmi, Venezia e Porto Cervo, accompagniamo una clientela nazionale e internazionale nella ricerca e nella compravendita di immobili straordinari in location d'eccellenza.Per il potenziamento della nostra funzione Finance, ricerchiamo una figura di Financial Accountant che, riportando direttamente al CFO, avrà un ruolo chiave nel processo di internalizzazione della contabilità in Lionard.Gestione della contabilità generale, clienti e fornitori, fino alla redazione del bilancio ante imposte;Gestione della fatturazione attiva e passiva, con verifica della corretta applicazione IVA;Registrazione delle operazioni contabili e riconciliazioni bancarie;Supporto alle chiusure contabili mensili, trimestrali e annuali;Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali periodici (IVA, ritenute, F24);Monitoraggio dei costi e supporto alle attività di controllo di gestione.Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Amministrazione Aziendale o discipline affini;~1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di contabilità presso aziende strutturate o studi professionali;~ Buona padronanza di Excel; la conoscenza del software della contabilità TeamSystem sarà considerata un plus;~ Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;~ Percorsi di formazione continua su processi, strumenti e best practice;
