About Enfinity Global Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.As a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP), we develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas from our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our diverse team of over 350 committed professionals has extensive experience across various stages of the project life cycle and prides itself on being creative, innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global is looking for a seasoned Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team and provide expert guidance on complex contractual matters across our international renewable energy projects.This role will be pivotal in safeguarding the company's interests while enabling successful project execution.You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure that all agreements are strategically sound, legally compliant, and aligned with our business objectives.Location: Milan, Lombardy, Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate development, procurement, and construction contracts (EPC), operations and maintenance (O&M) and services agreements, and related project documentationAdvise on risk allocation, compliance, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycleSupport project teams during bidding, negotiation, and execution phasesEnsure all contracts comply with local and international laws, regulations, and company policiesCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Project Management) and external partiesManage claims, disputes, and variations under project contractsMaintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of contract templates and processesRequirementsLaw degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction7+ years of experience in contract law, with a focus on EPC agreements in the energy or infrastructure sectorStrong knowledge of renewable energy projects and IPP business modelsExcellent negotiation and drafting skills in English (additional languages are a plus)Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environmentHigh level of integrity and ability to handle confidential informationAbout Enfinity Global (continued)In Enfinity Global Group, you will find a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to one of the most impactful industries.We are committed to fostering your professional and personal growth while providing you the chance to make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.Do you want to build a better future?#J-*****-Ljbffr
