La HR Search, società specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili qualificati in campo alberghiero e finanziario contabile, ricerca per proprio clienteLa figura è responsabile della leadership strategica e operativa della funzione finanziaria della struttura.Il ruolo supporta il General Manager e il management team nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi economici, garantendo solidità finanziaria, controllo dei costi e massimizzazione della redditività.Responsabilità principali:Definire e implementare strategie finanziarie in linea con il business plan e gli obiettivi della proprietà;Elaborare budget annuali, forecast e analisi degli scostamenti economico-finanziari;Monitorare le performance finanziarie, i flussi di cassa e il capitale circolante;Garantire un solido sistema di controlli interni, la conformità alle normative e la correttezza dei report contabili;Fornire supporto analitico al management per le decisioni strategiche e operative;Gestire gli audit interni, esterni e regolatori;Comunicare in modo efficace con le proprietà e gli stakeholder, traducendo i dati finanziari in informazioni chiare e utili;Gestione del team:Guidare e sviluppare il team di Finance, promuovendo la responsabilità, la collaborazione e la crescita professionale.Supervisionare le valutazioni delle prestazioni e la formazione.Solida conoscenza di finanza e contabilità;Ottime capacità analitiche, attenzione al dettaglio e orientamento ai risultati.Capacità di problem solving e approccio proattivo;Esperienza con sistemi ERP e software gestionali per l'albergo;Ottima conoscenza delle lingue italiano e inglese;Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo in hotel di dimensioni medio-grandi, preferibilmente in catene alberghiere.contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL del Turismo;Lavoro in sede lun / ven con possibilità di smart working in caso di necessitàNota: Tutti i CV devono essere inviati, comprensivi dell'autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali in base al D.
