This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company.We are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Manager in Italy.In this role, you will drive customer engagement, advocacy, and expansion across a global SaaS customer base.You will manage and execute end-to-end customer communications, including newsletters, blogs, case studies, and product updates, while partnering with Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams.Your focus will be on creating scalable, localized content that strengthens customer relationships, promotes adoption, and drives ARR/MRR growth.The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, ensuring customer stories are communicated effectively across multiple regions.You will also oversee content localization and regional review processes to maintain message fidelity.This is an opportunity to shape customer-facing marketing programs in a fast-growing, international environment with high impact.AccountabilitiesDevelop and manage the editorial and communications calendar, including newsletters, blogs, product/release updates, and lifecycle emailsCreate and optimize customer advocacy programs, reference pipelines, case studies, and testimonialsDesign and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns in partnership with Growth and Product Marketing teamsRefresh onboarding and adoption communications in collaboration with Customer Success, including email and in-app messagingMaintain website content, blogs, and resource center entries with customer stories and product updatesManage content localization workflows with regional reviewers to ensure message accuracy and consistencyPartner with internal teams and agencies to produce high-quality marketing content, white papers, and research briefsRequirements5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS customer marketing, content, or lifecycle programsProven ability to produce and manage customer stories, campaigns, and content that drive retention and expansionStrong writing and editing skills with experience interviewing practitioners and translating technical features into customer valueHands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, in-app messaging, and segmentation/measurement toolsAbility to manage cross-functional collaboration across Product Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teamsExperience coordinating localization and regional reviews; veterinary or healthcare tech experience is a plusBuilder mindset: ability to create scalable processes, templates, and calendars without sacrificing qualityProficiency with Google Suite, CMS platforms (Webflow), HubSpot, Linear, Pendo, and webinar/user research toolsBenefitsCompetitive compensation aligned with local standardsRemote-first work model with strong asynchronous cultureOpportunities for professional development and learningGlobal team collaboration with annual meet-upsTools and platforms necessary to perform your role effectivelySupportive, mission-driven work environment focused on growth and impact#J-*****-Ljbffr
