OverviewLocation: Filago (BG), Bergamo, Italy – Synthomer S.r.l., a leader in the production of synthetic latexes in aqueous emulsion (NBR and SBR).The facility supplies a wide range of applications including paper, carpet, non-woven fabrics, adhesive tapes, disposable and reusable gloves.The company is committed to safety, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement.Salary: EUR 40,********,000.Position: Full time, Permanent.Equal Employment OpportunityThis position is open to all qualified individuals regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religious belief, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.Purpose of the JobPlan, manage and supervise contractor maintenance activities to meet the maintenance schedule, supporting the Maintenance Manager in planning, warehouse management, and PTW realization, ensuring full conformity to the maintenance strategy.Main AccountabilitiesPlan, manage and supervise contractor maintenance activities; report status of contractor maintenance to the Maintenance Engineer.Manage the storehouse inventory to assure full spare parts availability and safety stock for critical items; contact suppliers for quotations and define technical specifications.Support the Maintenance and Engineering Manager to plan and manage the major inspection of all law-relevant equipment (PED, firefighting system, safety relief valves, lifting equipment, etc.) to ensure legislation compliance.Release PTW; act as PTW issuer for all permits to guarantee full occupational and process safety for no-routine activities.Maintain and update internal operating procedures to guarantee consistent work standards aligned to the maintenance strategy and SHE requirements.Discuss plant changes, implement solutions for plant installation to improve safety and performance (use MoC database); participate in process risk assessments to guarantee full conformity to occupational and process safety standards.Provide training to contractors to keep them informed on SOP changes and new best practice.Monitor maintenance KPIs; suggest improvement actions to reduce unplanned breakdowns, improving maintenance performance and contractor cost management.Support Procurement to identify new or additional contractors to guarantee full reliability of external services, particularly for the critical ones.Update maintenance documentation and registrations for the assigned tasks to keep documentation aligned to the plant status.Carry out PTW and process confirmation monitoring to improve internal SHE standards and guarantee full compliance with SHE company expectations.Ensure accomplishment of all business activities in the area of responsibility in line with relevant SHE regulations to achieve SHE compliance.Requirements & Knowledge and SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical High School Diploma.Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant area of responsibility.Experience in multinational companies and in Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.Fluent Italian at least C1 level; fluent English at least B1 level.Familiarity with energy production processes, ISO ***** energy management systems, HAZOP/RCA/FTA risk analysis methods, the SAP environment, AutoCAD and project management tools is considered a nice to have.Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.Strong teamwork attitude, problem-solving skills, proactive approach, accuracy and attention to detail, excellent stress management, strong ability to manage tight deadlines and unexpected events.Performance-focused mindset, ability to work effectively with people with different personalities and job functions, flexible and adaptable attitude.BenefitsAnnual company bonus.Subsidised canteen.Training.Company social events throughout the year.Free parking.WHP (Workplaces Health Promotion) project.Employee Assistance Programme.#J-*****-Ljbffr
