Job summary / Role description Within the project organization the role, reporting to the Project Director (or to the Project Manager) shall ensure the compliance of all Project's activities involving export, re-export, transferring and brokering of goods, software and technologies with the applicable export control, trade and sanctions laws and regulations.Key Activities & Responsibilitiesidentify the risks and vulnerabilities connected with the Project's activities in relation to export, re-export, transferring and brokering of goods, software and technologies;prepare the Projectexport compliance plan to mitigate the aforesaid risks and vulnerabilities;coordinate the involved Project Functions (e.G. procurement, logistics, engineering, contract management, project control, project management, finance) in relation to all Project Export Compliance matters and supervise the preparation and submission of the applications for authorization, liaising with the concerned authorities as required to obtain expeditiously the authorizations;obtain legal and technical advice on export, re-export, transferring and brokering of goods, software and technologies as required by Project's activities;ensure the correctand efficient filing of the documents concerning Project Export Compliance;prepare a periodical specific report on Export Compliance and related activities.Personal AttributesMinimum 5 years of experienceFluent English speaker and writer;#J-*****-Ljbffr
