Role Summary As a Logistics Specialist at SANY Italy, you will be the core link connecting our global supply chain with local service operations.You will efficiently manage the flow of service parts and equipment through logistics platforms to ensure on-time delivery, directly enhancing customer satisfaction and after-sales service efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Track, coordinate, and manage international and domestic shipments of service parts and urgent equipment orders through dedicated logistics management platforms.Interface with the global supply chain team, local warehouse, third-party carriers, and field service teams to ensure accurate alignment of information and physical flow.Handle customs documentation and resolve transit delays or exceptions to ensure timely delivery.Analyze logistics data, monitor key performance indicators (e.g., On-Time Delivery rate), and contribute to process optimization to reduce costs and improve efficiency.Provide professional logistics status updates and support to internal service teams and external customers.Requirements:Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain coordination.Experience in construction machinery, automotive, or industrial sectors is a plus.Proficiency in using at least one mainstream logistics or supply chain management platform/system.Solid understanding of international freight procedures and customs practices, with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities.Attention to detail.Fluency inChinese (Mandarin), Italian, and English(spoken and written)We offer competitive compensation, a professional industry platform, and clear career development prospects.
