At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company.We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics.SoftBank is a globally recognized technology group and investor/operator focused on AI, robotics, and next-generation computing.By joining us now, you'll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.This Position reports to:Global Head of FP&A, RoboticsIn this role, you will lead ABB Robotics' Cash and Net Working Capital management, driving excellence in forecasting, reporting, and optimization of key balance sheet and cash metrics.You will own the end-to-end process for Net Working Capital (NWC), Operating Free Cash Flow (OFCF), and related KPIs, ensuring transparency and performance improvement across Product Groups and regions.You will collaborate closely with Treasury, Accounting, and Operations to identify and implement cash-enhancing actions.Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will also play a key role in business valuation, capital efficiency and balance sheet optimization.The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-HybridThe preferred location is within Europe.You will be mainly accountable for:Cash & NWC Management: Lead reporting, forecasting, and budgeting of NWC and OFCF; ensure accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights on cash conversion.Performance Analysis: Monitor DSO, DPO, inventory turns, and overdue metrics; propose and track improvement initiatives with Business Line Controllers and Operations.Action Plans: Work cross-functionally to develop and implement improvement plans on inventory management, collection processes, and supplier
