Join to apply for theTranscend: Deployment Value Stream Leader, Innovative Medicinerole atJohnson & Johnson Innovative MedicineAt Johnson & Johnson, we believe health is everything.Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build a world where complex diseases are prevented, treated, and cured, where treatments are smarter and less invasive, and where solutions are personal.Learn more at Job FunctionProject/Program Management GroupJob CategoryProfessionalAll Job Posting LocationsBeerse, Antwerp, Belgium; Cork, Ireland; Dublin, Ireland; Latina, Italy; Leiden, South Holland, NetherlandsJob DescriptionThe Transcend program will modernize foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one "clean" ERP platform for growth and efficiency gains.This global transformation will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from seven to one platform, standardize processes, and provide a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that supports the Pharmaceutical business with agility while remediating end-of-life system exposures.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesGlobal Template DeploymentImplement the pre-defined global Value Stream process template across regions and business units, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and SAP standards.Lead the deployment of the Value Stream template within S/4HANA, avoiding customizations unless strictly required by legal or regulatory requirements.Ensure all design decisions conform to SAP Clean Core principles—favoring configuration over custom development and using standard extensibility frameworks where needed.Leadership & CollaborationLead cross-functional teams including business SMEs, IT, SAP consultants, validation experts, and system integrators to deliver Value Stream-related project deliverables.Collaborate with other value stream leads (e.g., Procure to Pay, Finance, Manufacturing) to ensure fully integrated end-to-end process design.Act as a key connection between business units, program leadership, and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timeline, and business readiness.Solution Delivery & ValidationOversee detailed solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy (including GxP and CSV compliance), and business process walkthroughs.Manage Value Stream-related testing activities including Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation activities in alignment with SDLC.Support the creation and approval of Value Stream-related validation deliverables in accordance with QA and regulatory requirements.Change Management & TrainingCollaborate with the Change Management team to drive user readiness and adoption of the global Value Stream template.Support creation and delivery of training materials and process documentation tailored to the needs of regulated users and business partners.QualificationsRequiredUniversity level degree or equivalent experience in quality, business/IT technical/scientific area or comparable education/experience.At least 8 years of professional experience.Deep knowledge of Value Stream processes in a GxP-compliant environment, including commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, and revenue recognition.Strong team leadership or management skills.Solid understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, extensibility strategies (e.g., In-App, Side-by-Side), and implications for long-term system sustainability.Strong leadership, facilitation, and customer engagement skills, including experience working with business leaders, regulatory bodies, and global teams.Familiarity with CSV, SDLC, GXP.Proficiency with SAP tools including S/4HANA modules relevant to the Value Stream (i.e., Sales and Distribution, Credit Management, Billing), Fiori, or Solution Manager.PreferredExperience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.OtherAbility to travel up to 50% of the time both domestically and internationally.Required SkillsAgile Decision Making, Agility Jumps, Analytics Insights, Business Alignment, Continuous Improvement, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Leadership, Organizational Project Management, Program Management, Project Management Methodology (PMM), Project Management Office (PMO), Project Management Tools, Project Reporting, Statement of Work (SOW), Technical Credibility.Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesPharmaceutical ManufacturingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
