Fashion, in short, comes from a dream and the dream is an escape from reality," he wrote in his book Je suis couturier.Over the course of his collections, Monsieur Dior became the master of his muses' happiness.Rich in exceptional heritage, with a community of more than ***** talents, our House embodies Christian Dior's "House of Talents" today more than ever.With a presence in more than 40 countries, we transmit our savoir-faire, audacity and excellence through the passion and creativity of our people.Our Maison is a sustainable destination to Grow, Dare & Succeed.Join us and shape your future in a Joyful, Sincere & Generous environment where we blossom & deliver Excellence with determination, courage & Optimism.Job responsibilitiesPurpose of the JobWe are looking for a seasonal Stock Associate to join our amazing team in Forte dei Marmi.Directly reporting to the Store Operation Manager or Store Director, the Stock Associate effectively will support the smooth running of the day-to-day stock operations of the store, with the objective of facilitating sales, delivering exceptional service to customers and implementing business driving initiatives.He/she supports client experience by assisting Managers and Sales Assistants on the sales floor as needed.Missions DescriptionStock Management & LogisticsSupport for all incoming and outbound physical and IT merchandise flows (receiving, follow-up of orders, ticketing, transfers, and shipments etc.), including ecommerce shipping to Regional Digital warehouse.Respect all the procedures related to storage rules, stock procedures and best practices.Support during the inventory activities (weekly cycle counts and annual inventory).Realize the administrative follow up of Care Services and support sales team on key procedures.Store SystemsHave knowledge and show respect of key policies and processes.Have knowledge and show exemplary use of all "back-office" tools.Facilities ManagementSupervise supplies needs (uniform/consumable supplies).Maintenance and store upkeep.ProfileBackgroundWhat You Can BringRequired knowledge and experience in the retail and service field.ExperienceAt least two years of experience is preferred.Technical SkillsKnowledge of luxury products.Knowledge of other languages (English, others are a plus).Knowledge of basic IT (Office).Soft & Interpersonal SkillsPositive and kind attitude.Good standing.Team-working attitude.Smiley.Keep a gentle language and behavior with the colleagues.Flexible.Hard worker.#J-*****-Ljbffr
