Coop., Sanithub srl, Centro Studi Genzano, Naail Lab.Il/La Marketing Director è responsabile della definizione e dell'esecuzione della strategia di marketing delle aziende appartenenti al gruppo, con l'obiettivo di aumentare brand awareness, posizionamento, acquisizione clienti e fatturato per la holding e le controllate.Responsabilità principaliDefinizione della strategia di marketing integrata (brand, prodotti, comunicazione, digital, retail, PR)Gestione e coordinamento del team marketing e dei fornitori esterniSviluppo e presidio del posizionamento di marcaPianificazione e controllo del budget marketingSupervisione di:comunicazione online e offlinelancio nuovi prodotti/serviziAnalisi di mercato, trend, competitor e comportamento del clienteDefinizione e monitoraggio dei KPI (lead, conversioni, ROI, brand awareness, ecc.)Competenze richiesteLaurea in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o similiEsperienza consolidata in ruoli marketing senior o direzionaliOttima conoscenza di:Capacità di leadership, visione strategica e forte orientamento ai risultatiLeadership e capacità di motivare il teamOttime doti comunicativeProblem solving e decision making#J-*****-Ljbffr
