Bunge is committed to operating and thriving in the digital world – creating world class agile teams where teammates are empowered and encouraged to collaborate and test and learn to succeed."Note: You are ideally located in Porto Corsini to obtain this job.More on the Industrial Automation Specialist role: Design, develop and test automated industrial processes, systems and components.Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of industrial automation systems.Install, configure and maintain industrial automation systems.Implement new technologies and software to improve automation processes.Develop and maintain technical documentation for industrial automation systems.Perform preventive maintenance in industrial automation systems.Analyze system performance and suggest modifications or upgrades.Monitor system operation and respond to alarms and errors.Provide technical support to operations and maintenance personnel.Correct and/or ensure the operations of the plants in safety and within the quality and safety standards dictated by Bunge.Monitor the obsolescence of installed automation components and software.Collaborate daily with ordinary and extraordinary repairs of the plant.During annual shutdown ensure the correct execution of the planned tasks related to automations system.Support all the potential suppliers during field visits and scope definition.Participate to design work at all stages of the automation modernization project.Check the project and assembly documentation.Collaborate with other departments to ensure system reliability and safety.We are looking for different aspects and education in our ideal candidate: Higher technical education on automation of production processes.Background: Engineering, Electrical, Automation, Computer Science, or similar field.+/- 3 years of experience as an automation engineer or automation project engineer preferably in oilseed industry or oil
