LHHClient Description:We are looking for a Global Communication Manager for an internationalorganization born from the merger of several established entities. The companyis headquartered in Italy but operates across multiple countries, supported bya major global group. It stands out for its ability to combine innovation,growth, and collaboration, with a strong focus on quality and a long-termvision.ResponsibilitiesThe candidate will be directly responsible for:1. Advertising& Promotion- Develop and execute global advertising and promotional initiatives in linewith corporate objectives.- Ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing materials andplatforms.- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, optimizingstrategies for continuous improvement.2. CorporateBranding & Communication- Drive the creation,development, and continuous update of corporate branding strategies.- Ensure the proper implementation of corporate communication guidelines at thelocal level. - Provide training and support to local teams for consistent brandrepresentation.3. InternationalEvents & Exhibitions- Plan, organize, and execute international events, including exhibitions,trade fairs, and corporate summits.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize event impact and audienceengagement.- Evaluate event performance and gather insights for future improvements.4. ProductBranding- Coordinate global product branding activities, ensuring alignment withcorporate marketing strategies.- Monitor and support local implementation of product branding initiatives,providing guidance where necessary.- Conduct market research to refine branding strategies and ensure competitivepositioning.5. Digital &Social Media Management- Manage and maintainthe Global Company Website and global social media platforms to ensure a strongonline presence.- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance engagement andbrand awareness.- Monitor local execution of digital and social media guidelines, ensuringadherence to global standards.6. InternalCommunication- Develop and implement company-wide internal communication strategiesincluding the facilitation of effective information sharing in collaborationwith the management team and HR Managers.Your ProfileThe Company will consider applicants that meet the following requirements:- Fluencyin English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage.- Provenability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans- Strongunderstanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.- Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills.- Abilityto manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Proficiencyin marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.- Strongleadership and team management abilities.#LI-GP1Settore: Agricoltura/Silvicoltura/PescaRuolo: Commerciale/Vendite
