Stiamo cercando una figura marketing trasversale che entri a supporto del team AUDRER durante una sostituzione maternità, con opportunità di continuità futura.Una persona operativa, organizzata e proattiva, capace di lavorare in un contesto dinamico e in continua evoluzione.Responsabilità principali- Coordinare i progetti tra le diverse funzioni del team interno- Gestire i rapporti operativi con fornitori, agenzie e partner esterni- Pianificare e supervisionare l'implementazione del piano marketing e commerciale- Monitorare vendite, performance e KPI (e-commerce, marketing, campagne)- Coordinare le attività di e-commerce e retail (con Sephora), con focus su crescita e customer experience- Supportare lo sviluppo di nuove iniziative di crescita (collaborazioni, nuovi canali, progetti speciali)- Garantire coerenza tra esecuzione operativa, brand identity e visione strategica- Supportare lo sviluppo e il lancio dei nuovi prodotti in collaborazione con la figura dedicata al prodotto (sparring su idee, concept e posizionamento)Chi cerchiamo- 3 anni di esperienza in ruoli marketing/brand in ambito beauty, fashion o lifestyle- Mentalità organizzativa, precisa e proattiva- Forte operatività unita a visione strategica- Ottime capacità di project management e problem solving- Attitudine imprenditoriale, spirito di iniziativa e forte senso di responsabilità- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali- Buona conoscenza dell'ingleseCosa offriamo- Un ruolo chiave in un brand giovane, in piena crescita e con grande potenziale- Ambiente dinamico, informale e collaborativo- Grande opportunità di apprendimento di tutte le dinamiche di un brand beauty- Contratto di copertura maternità con possibilità di estensione
