We're expanding and so is our procurement teamOX2 is now seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team and support the procurement of wind turbines during the construction phase of our projects.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the procurement team to develop procurement strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage commercial and risk aspects.Support negotiations and stakeholder management with suppliers, contractors, project managers, engineers, and legal advisors.Plan, procure, and negotiate turbine supply agreements (TSA) and service & maintenance agreements (SMA).Identify opportunities to optimize procurement processes, such as project bundling or schedule adjustments.Analyze supplier information, including credit risk and production capacity.Provide support during construction and operational phases, including claim management.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role, preferably in the wind energy industry.Expertise in negotiations, commercial management, and contract risk management.Strong communication, problem-solving, and planning skills.In-depth understanding of commercial aspects, construction/supply contracts, and wind turbine technology.Good knowledge of claim management and legal aspects related to contracts.Excellent written and spoken English skills.About OX2OX2 develops, constructs, sells, owns, and operates renewable energy solutions at scale.Our project development portfolio includes in-house development and acquired projects in onshore and offshore wind, solar, and energy storage, across various development phases.OX2 operates across Europe and Australia.The company has about 500 employees and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.OX2 is owned by EQT, one of the world's largest private equity investors.Please note that due to summer and annual leave, the selection process and interviews will be conducted in August.#J-*****-Ljbffr
