DescriptionWe are a remote-first, international Pipeline Generation Platform for B2B revenue teams.We give businesses the clarity to focus their efforts where they'll count most - on the accounts that fit their ideal customer profile, show real buying intent, and are actively engaging.No more cold outreach and no more bloated target lists.Just better deals, faster.Our platform brings together powerful data, real-time insights, and intelligent prioritisation to help our customers identify, engage, and convert the right accounts, at the right time.Built for teams that value speed, precision, and simplicity, Dealfront turns complexity into action.Join us and be a part of our journey to transform the way businesses win more dealsPosition OverviewDealfront is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to join our dynamic international accounting team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Nordic entities' financial operations.You'll be primarily responsible for the preparation, reconciliation of the monthly financial statements of the Nordic entities and ensuring their compliance with accounting principles.ResponsibilitiesIn our international team, you will prepare the monthly financial statements with a focus on the Nordic entities and their subsidiaries, ensuring that they comply with accounting principles.This includes:Ensuring completeness, accuracy, transparency of period closingsReconciliation of general ledger and sub-ledgers including payroll, prepayments and fixed assetsCorrect accrual and amortisation of income and expenses, including the reconciliation of prepaid expenses of the Nordic entities and ensuring that the individual items are correctly recognised and amortisedDaily accounting tasks like entry of vendor bills, travel expenses, and bank paymentsFixed asset accounting and ensuring that fixed assets are correctly recognised and depreciatedPreparing and reconciling the advance VAT returns for the Nordic entities and ensuring the correct VAT treatment of purchase and sales invoicesProject work like improvement of our internal policies, processes and systemsRequirementsEducational qualification: certified accountant or Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of tax, accounting or finance.Alternatively, vocational training as a tax advisor or any other commercial vocational training and several years of experience as a financial accountant.Knowledge of international accounting principles: Profound knowledge of international accounting principles to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.Good knowledge of ERP and other accounting systems: Ideally experience in Netsuite and Payhawk, SAP or Workday.You do not only know how to use them but also like to take a look under the hood.Industry knowledge: SaaS an advantageIndependent and structured work: Ability to work independently, in a structured and quality-oriented manner.Analytical mindset: Natural affinity with numbers and an analytical mindset.You are able to interpret financial data and use it as a basis for decision-making processes.Language skills: Fluent in written and spoken Finnish (C1/C2) and EnglishBe based in Europe, ideally in FinlandBenefitsThe chance to work with a very knowledgeable, high-achieving and fun teamAn international, diverse, dynamic and committed work environmentThe opportunity to work remotely, with a flexible work scheduleMental Health support with AuntiePersonal budget for home office equipment#J-*****-Ljbffr
