Card Production Manager (Open also to Protected Categories – Law *****) page is loaded## Card Production Manager (Open also to Protected Categories – Law *****)remote type: Hybridlocations: Marcallotime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R*******Thales people architect identity management and data protection solutions at the heart of digital security.Business and governments rely on us to bring trust to the billons of digital interactions they have with people.Our technologies and services help banks exchange funds, people cross borders, energy become smarter and much more.More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.As the **Production Manager** for the **Manufacturing Cards team** and for the Service center located in **Marcallo (MI)**, *you will be responsible of the management of production reporting to the Plant Manager*.A week in the life of a Cards Production Manager:* You review productivity and resource utilization to control and coordinate production schedules, materials and staffing requirements to meet work orders.* You will coordinate the workflow of the production lines to meet delivery deadline and quality standards.* You will generate on-time production schedule and staffing requirements are sufficient for smooth production runs.* You will oversee shipment targets and production outputs; and initiate corrective actions to rectify any discrepancies.* You will review contact of new projects, products and equipment released and review production requirements before commencement.* You will initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity related to the product, process or quality system until the deficiency or unsatisfactory conditions have been resolved.**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:* Degree or background in electrical and electronic, mechanical, manufacturing, process engineering or equivalent.* Background in Cards Industry is a plus.* Production manufacturing experience, ideally in automotive, electronics and electrical consumer goods, printing or fulfillment services.* Familiarity with product customization, data management, IT skills, and project management.* Product and Process Management Techniques, Supply chain knowledge, including stock management and procurement.* Team Management: Manage up to 20 workers with potential for additional layers of supervision.* Experience in 2-3 shifts organization, scheduling, holidays, and performance evaluation.* People management skills with a focus on different skill levels, preferred.* Experience: 3-5 years in production process management* People management roles expertise.* Lean manufacturing expertise.At Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.With Thales employing 80,000 employees in 68 countries our mobility policy enables thousands of employees each year to develop their careers at home and abroad, in their existing areas of expertise or by branching out into new fields.Together we believe that embracing flexibility is a smarter way of working.Great journeys start here, apply now#J-*****-Ljbffr
