Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Sales Representative for a healthcare company. The Sales Rep role is responsible for guaranteeing the promotion of the client portfolio, the management of bids, and the development of business in the assigned area.This permanent position is responsible for achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies in order to attain sales volumes, customer growth, patient growth, and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within the geographical area of Puglia.What you'll bring:Proven experience in salesScientific University DegreeAbility to work towards sales goals with an excellent understanding of strategic account developmentStrong understanding of the tender process and pre-tender activitiesExcellent negotiation skills with good knowledge of the healthcare system and the relevant stakeholders involved in selling and tender processesA natural ability to sell, educate, and inform, with ease in building and maintaining long-term relationshipsExperience in remote and digital sales is an advantageEnglish knowledge at B2 levelOffer:A direct employment contract with the company is offered.The compensation package includes the following benefits:Company car for both business and personal useCorporate credit card for business travelCompany laptop for daily activitiesIf you recognize yourself in this role, please send your application
