Social network you want to login/join with:ESS Service Products Sales Engineer, SavonaClient: Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., LimitedLocation: Savona, ItalyJob Category: OtherEU work permit required: YesJob Reference:5852310476045680640337170Job Views:3Posted:**********Expiry Date:**********Job Description:About CATLCATL invites you to continue our legend of green energyCATL is a Fortune 300 company and a global leader providing premier EV batteries and energy storage batteries.Our EV battery consumption has ranked No.1 in the world for eight consecutive years, and our energy storage battery shipments have ranked No.1 for four consecutive years.ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for service products.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.Customer & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.Reporting & Forecasting:Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates).Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware teams to align sales efforts with company goals.Provide field feedback to influence product development and service improvements.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.Set performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and coach for continuous improvement.Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in science and technology, preferably in power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.Strong decision-making skills, able to make quick, accurate decisions and implement solutions in complex or urgent situations.Relevant work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.Proficiency in English, with excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, ability to promote collaboration, and willingness to travel overseas; overseas work experience is preferred.#J-*****-Ljbffr
