Business Development Manager Synbalance, a leading company in the probiotics sector, is looking for a Business Development Manager.Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the selected candidate will be mainly responsible for:Developing the customer portfolio and carrying out client scouting activities;Defining sales strategies in the assigned territories;Collecting all necessary information for customer profiling and for analyzing customer activities in order to achieve sales targets;Managing existing customers and developing the assigned territories;Defining budgets, sales targets, and commercial strategies for the assigned area in collaboration with the Sales Director;Supporting the management of customer complaints;Handling customer support requests and coordinating activities with other departments;Providing technical and commercial support to distributors;Monitoring and managing quotations and offers;Preparing customer reports.RequirementsDegree in a technical-scientific or economic field;1–3 years of experience in a similar role within the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical sector, with experience in international markets;Excellent knowledge of English; a second European or non-European language is a plus;Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities;High organizational and decision-making flexibility;Strong interpersonal skills with both clients and colleagues;Dynamic, proactive, precise, and punctual approach to work;Problem-solving mindset and strong results orientation;Willingness to travel.This job posting is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Italian Laws ****** and ******.All personal data provided will be processed in compliance with current data protection regulations pursuant to EU Regulation ******** (GDPR).Work location: Origgio (VA), reachable only by private vehicle.Working hours: Full-time.The contractual terms and compensation package will be assessed individually, based on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
