Job Description Market Insights and Enablement Manager Icomera is a leading global innovator in connectivity solutions within the transportation sector.We are at the forefront of transforming public transport, making it smarter, safer, greener, and more connected than ever before.At Icomera you work with products used by many users around the world, including passengers on some of the world's largest train and bus operators.Are you passionate about turning customer insight and market intelligence into high-impact sales tools and go-to-market strategies?Join us in this global role that bridges marketing and sales.Job type: Full-timeWorkplace conditions: HybridLocation: Rome, Frankfurt, Gothenburg or ParisAbout the RoleAs the Market Insights and Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in aligning marketing and sales to drive data-informed strategies, compelling messaging, and high-quality customer engagement.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll own the processes that capture, interpret, and deliver market and customer intelligence, and turn these insights into impactful sales content and enablement tools.This global role is embedded in the EMEA Sales region and works cross-functionally with local and regional sales teams.Key responsibilitiesMarket & Customer InsightStrengthen and manage the flow of market insights (trends, competitors, customer data) into the businessDeliver regular and ad hoc briefing packs for client-facing teams with tailored local insightsBuild and manage a living, searchable, and version-controlled repository for insightsLead Voice-of-Customer programmes including surveys and interviewsWork closely with Sales teams to align insights with actionable strategiesProduct Marketing & Sales EnablementOwn the messaging framework and manage our content library (e.g., pitch decks, ROI tools, RFP boilerplates)Ensure alignment between marketing materials and local market needsCreate and maintain customer reference stories showcasing successful use casesContinuously improve the quality and relevance of bid and sales materialsChampion brand consistency across all sales-facing content, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing ManagerEvent ManagementFacilitate opportunities to????
