Il Gruppo Aeroporti di Roma, all'interno di Transformation & Technology nell'unità organizzativa IT Platforms & Solutions, è alla ricerca di:ICT Project Management SpecialistLa risorsa, a diretto riporto del process owner, sarà inserita nella divisione ICT focalizzata sull'evoluzione delle soluzioni tecnologiche aziendali ed avrà maturato un'esperienza di 3 – 5 anni principalmente nella pianificazione, esecuzione e chiusura di progetti di evoluzione ed ottimizzazione delle soluzioni software.Principali attività e aree di responsabilità:Coordinamento e centralizzazione della raccolta requisiti:Interagire con i diversi stakeholder aziendali per identificare e raccogliere le esigenze di business.Organizzare workshop e sessioni di brainstorming per definire i requisiti in modo chiaro e completo.Documentare e gestire i requisiti in un repository centralizzato, garantendo la tracciabilità delle modifiche.Supporto alla stesura dei requisiti e all'analisi funzionale:Collaborare con gli analisti funzionali e i team di sviluppo per tradurre i requisiti di business in specifiche tecniche.Garantire che le specifiche funzionali siano complete, coerenti e allineate con le esigenze degli stakeholder.Gestione del fornitore applicativo:Monitorare le performance del fornitore e garantire il rispetto dei tempi e dei costi.Gestire le comunicazioni e le relazioni con il fornitore, risolvendo eventuali problemi o conflitti.Gestione del progetto:Definire il piano di progetto, identificando le attività, le risorse e le milestone.Monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto e gestire i rischi e le issue.Comunicare regolarmente con gli stakeholder sullo stato del progetto.Garantire il rispetto del budget e dei tempi previsti.Requisiti ed esperienze:Conoscenza dei principi di base dello sviluppo software e delle metodologie Agile e Waterfall.Esperienza nella raccolta e nell'analisi dei requisiti, nella stesura di specifiche funzionali.Capacità di utilizzare strumenti di project management (es. Jira, Asana, MS Project).Conoscenza dei sistemi corporate (HR, Finance, Manutenzione Asset) e dei processi aziendali.Buona conoscenza della lingua ingleseCompetenze:Pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro;Team working;Orientamento al risultato;Network leadership;Problem solving;Flessibilità.Titolo di studi:Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o Gestionale.Sede di Lavoro:Fiumicino AeroportoTipologia di offerta:Contratto a tempo indeterminato;Modalità di lavoro ibrida.La selezione è rivolta ad entrambi i sessi nel rispetto del D.lgs.********.Offerta di lavoro tutelata dalla L. ***** – Categorie protette.#J-*****-Ljbffr
