Overview Your role: Is your day successful if you can support our Customers and Partners in sustainability projects development?As an Energy Consultant, do you enjoy having a team of colleagues who inspire you to discover new ways of doing things or innovative sales processes, supporting you to chart the path to sustainability and energy transition?We are looking for someone who loves to work with different teams and making things happen and who wants to drive culture change both externally and internally.Do you have a technical background or engineering degree in the energy sector, preferably with knowledge of the Italian energy market, and regulatory mechanisms?Do you know industrial applications on utilities, like compressors, heat exchangers, sensors, centralized control systems, etc.?Would you like to join our Optimization Team in Italy?ResponsibilitiesYou will be trained in the technologies that Atlas Copco develops to help its customers journey toward energy efficiency and sustainability, and then you will be expected to implement the sales and business development of these products and services.You will create culture and awareness in Customers about energy efficiency opportunities, by using a proactive sales approach.You will spend most of your time (about 70%) visiting Customers, either on-site or through virtual meetings, developing the Nort-East and Center regions (Tri-Veneto, Emilia-Romagna, Toscana).You will have to be able to analyze not only the compressed air system, but the customer\'s entire production process to understand their needs.Then you will read wiring diagrams, plant layouts and process diagrams.You will develop energy assessments on customers compressed air systems to identify energy optimization opportunities to implement.At Customers site you will see a wide range of processes and technologies (mechanical, electronic, Internet of Things, control systems, etc.), so an open-minded approach combined with a solid background will be the key to success.Then we would like to get to know you better and to see if you click, not only with our position as Energy Consultant, but also with our own company values.QualificationsEngineering degree or technical background in the industrial sectorKnowledge of the Italian energy market, regulatory mechanisms and energy market trends for industrial sectorAt least 2 years of experience in services sellingFluent in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned territoryAble to work with different teams to drive culture change and innovation both externally and internallyAbout Atlas CopcoAtlas Copco is a Swedish company.The Swedish human culture still runs through the veins of our 55,000 employees in more than 73 countries.It has a strong family feeling with a warm respect for every individual and we strive for strong diversity.We also invest heavily in our customers, in the environment, ... but first and foremost in our own people.In this way, we provide a stimulating environment in which you can develop your competencies daily.Moreover, our family work atmosphere gives you the flexibility to find an optimal balance between work and private life.Uniting curious mindsBehind every innovative solution, there are people working together to transform the future.With careers sparked by initiative and lifelong learning, we unite curious minds, and you could be one of them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
