La Società nostra Cliente è un gruppo industriale multinazionale con una presenza importante in Italia.Per uno dei principali stabilimenti italiani sito nella provincia di Brescia siamo alla ricerca della seguente figura: Mechanical Engineer A diretto riporto dell'Operations Director, la Risorsa sarà inserita nel dipartimento di Manutenzione del plant, con un ruolo di supervisione e coordinamento di attività e risorse.E' prevista una crescita graduale al ruolo di Maintenance Manager.Di seguito le principali attività / responsabilità: Processi e procedure volti a strutturare la funzione Maintenance.Planning manutentivo e rispetto delle scadenze e degli interventi.Collaborazione per la redazione e gestione di budget economico dell'area.Scouting fornitori per interventi mirati come ad esempio facilities, capex, manutenzioni straordinarie.Gestione ed organizzazione del personale interno relativo alle attività di manutenzione del plant formato da elettrici e meccanici.Controllo e monitoraggio degli investimenti in corso e relativa contabilità; Parteciparealle proposte di CAPEX e di budget per la relativa area di competenza; Proporre migliorieimpiantistiche anche in ottica di sicurezza; Utilizzo principi TPM (total productive maintenance).Requisiti principali: Laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Meccanica o Ingegneria Elettronica o affini.Preferibile 1 o 2 anni di esperienza in contesto produttivo in generale.Conoscenza dell'inglese ad un livello almeno intermedio.Altri requisiti del profilo ideale: Lettura schemi elettrici e / o disegno meccanico; Capacità organizzative, di analisi, di pianificazione e flessibilità; capacità di problem solving, proattività e flessibilità, oltre che forte orientamento ai risultati.Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato.Sede di lavoro: provincia sud di Brescia
