We are a leading global developer of digital and intelligent 3D-based design, engineering solutions, and information data management software solutions for the marine, process, and construction industries.Our story began in the ****s and today we have over 330 proactive, engaged and growth-minded people in over 20 countries around the world.Over **** customers are using our software solutions in 60 countries, and we are just getting started.We make it come trueAre you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving impactful marketing initiatives?We are looking for a self-starting, energetic and collaborative Business Development Manager to join our South Europe Sales team.This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our partner network across key industry segments.You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new partners, ranging from direct-selling, co-selling, implementing and consulting partners.You will be managing their onboarding processes, the relations and managing their success.You will also be responsible for executing joint marketing initiatives to accelerate regional business growth.While this is a non-quota carrying role, your contributions will directly impact pipeline development and partner performance.In this role you will be reporting directly to our VP Sales South Europe Gian Mario Tagliaretti and will be based inItaly.We're flexible with locations—you can work from our Piacenza or Milan office or remotely from your home office in Italy.This role requires traveling in South Europe.Your key responsibilities:Partner Recruitment & EnablementIdentify and recruit strategic partners aligned with regional goals.Lead onboarding to ensure partners are equipped with the right tools, training, and resources.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth partner integration and alignment with go-to-market strategies.Partner MarketingPlan and execute joint marketing campaigns to boost awareness and generate demand.Manage co-marketing funds with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.Support partners with content, messaging, and event participation to amplify regional impact.Regional Marketing SupportLocalize global campaigns in collaboration with the central marketing team.Organize and support regional events, webinars, and industry initiatives.Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with regional sales managers, partner account managers, and product marketing teams.Act as a key liaison between partners and internal stakeholders to foster mutual value creation.We expect you to have:3–5 years of experience in partner management, channel marketing, or regional marketing roles.Strong experience from either marine, offshore or process industry.Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Experience in B2B technology or SaaS industries is a plus.Fluent in Italian and English, Spanish is a plus.What do we offer:A multicultural, supporting, and friendly work environment in a global company with high technology software products, a rapid growth strategy and customer-centric approach.A stable, profitable company with a long history and a great future ahead.We believe in succeeding together.Competitive benefits and flexible working environment.We keep our work agile and get things done.An open and friendly culture.We want to be continuously improving and enjoy and have fun along the way.A growing business with lots of possibilities to delight our customers and develop professionally.Embark our growth journeyPlease submit your application at latest 25th of January.If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact our hiring manager VP Sales, South Europe Gian Mario Tagliaretti via email : Myynti & hankinta#J-*****-Ljbffr
