Per importante catena alberghiera stiamo selezionando un/una:Chef/Demi de Partie Orario colazioniDescrizione e Caratteristiche della Posizione:La persona selezionata si occuperà di eseguire le ricette in base alle richieste dello Chef, creare nuove ricette in accordo con lo Chef con la relativa mise en place.Ruolo e Responsabilità:Selezionare la qualità degli alimentiCompilare le ordinazioni e garantire le scorte della dispensaVerificare qualità e quantità di mise en placeEseguire le preparazioni delle ricette in base alle disposizioni dello ChefSeguire metodo di impiattamento delle pietanze in base allo standardElaborare piatti di sua competenza e, con lo Chef, creare nuove ricette da inserirle nel menùVigilare sul rispetto delle norme di igiene e sicurezza alimentare, segnalando eventuali rischiRequisiti richiesti per partecipare alle Selezioni:Diploma di Scuola AlberghieraEsperienza pregressa maturata presso hotel o catene alberghiere di alto livelloConoscenza principali tecniche di cottura tradizionaliConoscenza approfondita metodi di conservazione e rigenerazione alimentiDisponibilità lavoro su turniSoft skillsSerietà ed affidabilitàOttime capacità relazionali, organizzative e di problem solvingSenso di responsabilità e Team PlayerSede di lavoro: Ferno (VA) Orario di lavoro: Full time 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì alla domenica con due giorni di riposo consecutivi per il servizio colazioni sulla fascia oraria che va dalle 4.30 alle 13 all'incirca.Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto di assunzione a tempo determinato diretto iniziale di 6 mesi con possibilità di proroga al Livello C2 o C3 del CCNL Commercio.Benefit: Mensa aziendale, Palestra riservata ai dipendenti, scontistiche presso hotels della compagnia e 50%sconto presso la spa dell'albergoSi invitano i candidati di entrambi i sessi (L.******) a prendere visione dell'informativa sulla privacy(art.13, Reg EU ********) pubblicata sul sito.Etjca S.p.A.
