Our solutions are a key part of most industries - electronics, medical research, renewable energy, food production, infrastructure and many more.Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations.Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.Are you passionate about engineering innovation and eager to make a real impact?At our Product Company, we're looking for a Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation piston compressor machines We're on a mission to introduce new, energy-efficient, high-performance, and environmentally conscious products to the compressor market.As a Design Engineer, you'll play a key role in turning ideas into reality, transforming concepts into prototypes and supporting the journey to full-scale industrialization.If you will join us in this role you will initiate new projects and follow up existing ones, reporting to the R&D Engineering Team Leader and cooperating with the Project Leader and Test Engineer to create an efficient and effective R&D organization.What will you be responsible for as Design Engineer?Support the entire development process —from component design to full machine validation.Create technical drawings, perform calculations, and conduct testing .Collaborate closely with the Project Team , applying your technical leadership to bring innovative technologies from concept to product.Focus on maximizing customer value while minimizing waste.Work alongside the R&D Engineering Team Leader ,Project Leader , andTest Engineer to ensure efficient and effective project execution.What do we expect from you?A degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering .3–5 years of experience in design and process manufacturing, ideally in an industrial design environment.Strong skills inCAD design ,mechanical parts calculation , andBOM management .A keeneye for detail and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Aself-motivated team player who thrives in multidisciplinary environments.You're full of energy, eager to collaborate, and ready to bring your technical expertise and fresh ideas to tackle the challenges of product development.You take pride in your work and are driven by results.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience withInventor or similar CAD tools .Fluency in English (written and spoken).Where will you be based?You will join Abac Aria Compressa Product Company in Robassomero, Turin Area, Italy .Abac Aria Compressa is part of the Industrial Air Division of the Atlas Copco Group , a world-leading business operating in more than 180 countries.The company currently employs around 250 people.Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.The more unique perspectives we embrace, the more innovative we are.Together we build a culture where difference is valued and we share a deep sense of purpose and belonging.#J-*****-Ljbffr
